Council does not have any policies or procedures concerning this. This part of
your request is therefore refused relying on section 17(e) of the LGOIMA, that the
document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist. In
accordance with section 17B Council has considered whether consulting with
you would assist in removing the reason for refusal, but has concluded that it
would not.
