MAIN CHANGING ROOMS
Our renovated changing areas feature brand-new toilets, showers, and spacious changing spaces designed for ease and comfort.
ACCESSIBLE & FAMILY CHANGING ROOMS
We’ve added four accessible, family-friendly changing rooms throughout the building. Each is equipped with a toilet, shower, and ample space to accommodate caregivers and families.
PARENT ROOM
For parents and caregivers, our dedicated family room offers a quiet space for feeding. It’s equipped with a sink, microwave, and comfortable seating for added convenience.
UNISEX CHANGING ROOM
We have four unisex, single-use changing rooms separate from the larger spaces. These are ideal for quick changes but do not include showers or toilets.
Our updated facilities are designed with inclusivity and ease in mind, ensuring every visit is comfortable for individuals, families, and caregivers.
The Harcourt Park paddling pool (summer outdoor facility) does not have changing and shower facilities. There are nearby public toilets within the park which can be used in lieu of changing rooms which service the pool and BBQ amenities area.
Q3: Please provide any policies or procedures that apply to trans-identified people who wish to use the changing and showering facilities in your sites.
H2O Xtream have an inclusion policy (attached).
SUFW note: The policy was not attached so we can't tell you what it is!
Q4: How are your different changing and showering facilities labelled and described?
All facilities are clearly marked with signage which includes symbols for accessibility, amenity, and have parent/male/female/unisex symbols on the signage for the different areas for open changing rooms and the single occupancy changing or parents rooms.
Q5: At your sites, which changing room and showering facilities is a trans-identified male permitted to use?
Refer to the attached inclusion policy.
Q6: If applicable, do your facilities allow trans-identifying males to attend Women Only swim sessions?
Yes – Refer to the attached inclusion policy. (again, no policy was attached but can conclude from the "yes" answer to this question that it doesn't offer any protection for women.
Our Verdict
The lack of transparency is disappointing.
No mention on the website that men can attend women's sessions: https://www.h2oxtream.com/Events/Women-Swim-Night
